Throughout the 5 Modules expect daily: Meditation, asana, pranayam, mantra, adjustments, discussion & journalling, home study and exploration of the yoga sutras. Students are given the opportunity to assist 2 studio classes & receive feedback from the teacher.

VIJNAMAYA KOSHA MODULE (OFFERED JULY 22-AUG. 27) KNOWLEDGE, WISDOM, INTUITION, PERCEPTION
- Teaching beginners, multi levels, dealing with injuries
- Ethics for Yoga Teachers, student teacher relationship
- Prenatal Yoga Guidelines
- Tantra, Sex life of a yogi
- Practice Teaching: feedback, analysis, exam
- Chanting
- Graduation & celebration
At the end of training students will be evaluated on their teaching skills with a final examination and teaching evaluation. Students must have also completed a minimum of twenty hours of independent study and reading. The mark given will be either “pass” or “incomplete”. Upon successful completion students will receive a graduation certificate as evidence of your training at the 200 hour level and may register with Yoga Alliance at that time as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 level.
